			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><body>Anywhere that theory goes, disagreement is bound to follow. Any set of facts can be interpreted differently, as the theories of global warning prove.</p>
<p>According to Merriam Webster Dictionary, two of the definitions of the word theory include: the analysis of a set of facts in their relation to one another; and a plausible or scientifically acceptable general principle or body of principles offered to explain<br />
phenomena.</p>
<p>There are many &#8220;facts&#8221; about the earths atmospheric changes; many scientists believe we are experiencing the start of a warming cycle that could change the climate so dramatically that humankind would cease to exist.</p>
<p>Other scientists, using the same data, draw vastly different theories: the atmosphere is experiencing a harmless blip in its natural and normal cycle and that humans only minimally affect the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.</p>
<p>There is vast evidence on both sides of the argument, and there seems to be very little middle ground. Al Gores &#8220;Inconvenient Truth&#8221; and Spencer R. Wherts &#8220;The Discovery of Global Warming&#8221; came to the forefront in warning us about global warming; Fred Singer, former Chief Scientist with the US Weather Program and Professor Wilfred Beckerman, former member of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution are just a few of the scientist who view the data from the opposite angle.</p>
<p>There are innumerable articles, papers and books that support both sides of the global warning issue. <p>That is a three in one benefit from losing weight.  It is a fact that heart disease and stroke are one of the primary reasons for disability and death in both men and women in the US.  People who are overweight have a higher risk to have high levels of cholesterol in their blood stream as well as triglycerides (also known as blood fat).  </p>

<p>Or it could eliminate it all together.  Sleep apnea is a condition wherein one could temporarily stop breathing for a brief period and then would continue to snore heavily.  Sleep apnea could cause drowsiness or sleepiness during the day and  because of being overweight  could result in heart failure.  Shedding those excess pounds could help in eliminating this problem.</p>
<p>Weight loss reduces the pain of osteoarthritis</p>
<p>When one weighs heavily, the joints of  his or her knees, hips and lower back would have to exert double  if not triple  effort to carry him or her through out his / her waking, walking and moving life.  This could cause tension and stress on these joints. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><body>One of the most major transitions in any person&#8217;s life is that from school to work. In high school or college, many people lead a protected life and are still helped financially and otherwise by their parents. After school, these ties are often cut, leaving the recent graduate to fend for his- or herself. This transition is scary for anyone, but even more so for an individual with autism. Because school is a time to learn to live with peers in a controlled environment, the work force is a difficult concept for autistic people because one must often deal with new situations daily rather than have the comfort of a set living situation.</p>
<p>One of the main things autistic graduates need to learn is how to deal with people in a business world. This includes proper grooming, something that may not have been such a big deal in high school or college. Proper grooming, such as brushing your teeth, wearing appropriate clothing, using deodorant, and combing your hair probably comes natural for most people, but an autistic person needs help with these tasks-he or she may not realize that they are being inappropriate. By this stage in life, many autistic individuals who have gone through schooling are at a maturity level where they can do the task assigned with no problem and avoid outbursts in most situations. In fact, it has been shown that some autistic individuals are highly skilled at tasks involving things such as math or music. Learning a new job in the work force is not the problem-relating to others in a social situation is.</p>
<p>These relationship problems also, unfortunately, help people take advantage of autistic individuals. Most people who suffer from autism believe that all people are like themselves, and inherently good. In business, it is sadly very common to come across companies and business people who do not practice ethically. This often shocks autistic individuals, who may have no idea how to handle this sort of situation. Others in the work force may also not be skilled to deal with autism, leading to bad relationships among employees. By hiring an autistic individual, employers must not only teach them their new job, but also provide direction for others who have to work with him or her. Intolerance in the work force is common, and autistic individuals need to be prepared for this.</p>
<p>Overall, it is important for people with autism to realize that there will be a major change between life in high school or college and life in the work force. It is probably very beneficial for these individuals to seek help in the transition from therapists, family members, or mentors. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><body>The signs and levels of Autism vary in each child. This can make getting a diagnosis difficult. Children on the higher level of the Autism spectrum may go years without being diagnosed. There are may factors that go into an Autism diagnosis. We will go over some of the criteria  being  used to diagnose a child  with Autism.</p>
<p>Doctors have a checklist that must be met before the possibility of Autism is suspected. Some of the signs on the checklist include, poor relationships with friends, focusing on one thing for very long periods of time, poor communications skills, and insisting on certain routines, or rituals. When these signs are shown in a child the doctor will want to evaluate the child further. The doctor will question the child&#8217;s parents, or any other people that have close contact with the child. They may send home a form for you and the child&#8217;s teacher to fill out. Once the doctor has the forms back they will compare the forms and look for similar results. If the results all are pointing to something being wrong further testing will be considered.</p>
<p>Children also develop at their own rate. So a parent having concerns about their child not reaching developmental milestones on time may question the doctor for further testing. The doctor will ask a series of questions to the parent. If the answers match the criteria for Autism the doctor will order further evaluations to be completed. Remember each child grows and matures at their own rate so they may just be a late bloomer.</p>
<p>There is not one test that can say definitely the child has Autism. It will require several appointments with different health professionals to rule out other conditions that could be causing the problems in your child. Often a child who is late to talk is suspected of having a hearing issue first. After this is checked then the doctor can move onto evaluating for Autism. Several health conditions can mimic the symptoms of Autism. Children always need to be evaluated for any other medical conditions that could cause the same symptoms as Autism first. </p>
<p>To receive an Autism diagnosis the child will be evaluated by a team of medical professionals. They will include the doctor, a psychologist, a speech therapist, a neurologist, and a psychiatrist. Once the child is evaluated by the team they will meet and compare their findings. Then they will have a meeting with the parents to discuss their findings . If the diagnosis of Autism is made a treatment plan will be set in place.</p>
<p>Each child will show different symptoms of Autism, and the levels they experience it will be different. So it may take longer to get a diagnoses of Autism in some children. Once you have the diagnoses the most important thing is to start a treatment plan. The treatment plan will help make the life of your Autistic child better. But what is more economically efficient than making your own health drink?</p>
<p>If you are a person who finds it difficult to insert vegetables and fruits into your diet, then think of drinking fresh juices and vegetable juices.  Freshly made juices are a great source vitamins, minerals, enzymes and co-enzymes.  Enzymes serve as catalyst for the processes and chemical reactions that happen throughout your body.  Enzymes are much needed when you digest, convert and absorb food into body tissue. </p>
<p>There are fruits and vegetables whose nutrients and vitamins are trapped in the fibers.  These nutrients and vitamins get released after blending them.  This make blended fruit and vegetable juices more nutritious compared to eating them whole. Also, drinking fruits and vegetables make it easier for the fibers and nutrients to get quickly into the bloodstream and system.  </p>
<p>There are studies showing that drinking fruit and vegetable juices are best done every morning and evening. The juices drank in the morning and evening will get into the bloodstream within ten minutes after drinking it.  </p>
<p>If you are interested in creating your own vegetable and fruit juice, here are some steps that can get you started in your healthy habit:</p>
<p> Purchase a juice machine.</p>
<p> Remember to juice vegetables and fruits when they are raw.</p>
<p> Fruits that have small seeds like watermelon and pears can be juiced with their seeds.  But papaya and apple seed need to be taken out before being juiced.  Orange and grapefruit seeds can leave a bitter taste to the mouth, so you can take it out also.  </p>
<p> Fruits and vegetables which are not organically grown should be peeled.  There may be chemical residues left on the skins of the fruits.  While pineapple, kiwis, oranges, grapefruit and papaya skins should be removed even if they are organically grown.</p>
<p> When choosing fruits and vegetables, make sure to pick out the fresh and ripe ones.  Wilted, under-ripe, bruised fruits and vegetables  are not good for you and does not taste good too.</p>
<p> Follow the instructions in your juice machine.  Make sure to cut the fruits and vegetables in pieces suitable for the juice machine.  After juicing, remove the pulp right away.  If you leave it, it would have sour smell and would have fruit flies within 8 to 10 hours after juicing.  </p>
<p> Drink your juices immediately.  It is better to drink freshly made juice.  </p>
<p>Do not be afraid to try out combinations.  You can use different fruits in season to create a great tasting health drink, you can use bananas, mangoes and pineapple.  Their tart and sweet flavor can be balanced with fruits like strawberries, kiwi fruit and oranges.  When using vegetables, it is best to use dark leafy vegetables like spinach or beet tops.  For added flavor, you can even add yoghurt and ice cubes for the chill.  You can even add ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla extract to complete your healthy concoction.  </p>
<p>Health juices as health drinks are not new.  As early as 16th century, limejuice was used to save sailors against scurvy. A few years after that study, researches have recounted the research quoting that the research is flawed.  Current research have showed that coffee can give the body a lot of benefits. </p>
<p>Harvard researchers are saying that coffee, when drank regularly, can be a cure for diabetes, Parkinsons disease, and colon cancer.  It could even improve your mood and treat daily headache problems.  It could even be drank to lower risk of cavities.  </p>
<p>Research shows that regular coffee drinkers are 80 percent less likely to have Parkinsons disease.  While 2-cups-a-day drinkers can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 25 percent and 80 percent in liver cirrhosis risk.  It can even slash the risk of gallstones by half.  There are even studies showing that people who smoke and drink heavily, have less heart and liver damage because of their coffee intake.  </p>
<p>So, what causes these benefits?  It is the anti-oxidants, and surprisingly from the caffeine also.  Currently, drugs for curing Parkinsons disease are being developed.  These drugs have a derivative of caffeine as their component.  Coffee also has chlorogenic acid and  tocophenols which are antioxidants.  These mineral components can improve insulin sensitivity.  When we talk about insulin sensitivity, it is the bodys response to insulin.  </p>
<p>There were studies conducted in Europe citing that the trigonelline, the compound which is why coffee smells good and has bitter taste,  also has benefits.  It can be both antibacterial and anti-adhesive.  These prevent the formation of dental cavities. </p>
<p>But can everybody drink coffee?</p>
<p>Unfortunately, not everybody can drink coffee. People with bladder and kidney problems, existing diabetes, gallstones, heart problems, high cholesterol levels, hypoglycemia and generalized panic and /or anxiety attacks should avoid drinking coffee altogether.  Avoiding drinking coffee is also advised to pregnant women and those with high risk of osteoporosis.  </p>
<p>For pregnant women, if coffee cannot be avoided, then it is recommended just to drink one to two cups a day.  Infertility, miscarriages and low birth weight among babies are the primary reason why pregnant women are recommended against drinking coffee.  </p>
<p>Excessive caffeine intake can also lead to nervousness, anxiety and rapid heartbeat.  The caffeine overstimulates the nervous system, making the adrenal glands work overboard.  Osteoporosis patients are also advised against coffee.  Coffee reduces the capability of bones to absorb the necessary minerals, making the bones weak and in risk of osteoporosis.  But the effects can be reduced if milk is mixed with coffee.  </p>
<p>For some people, coffee can also be addictive.  People who have stopped drinking coffee experience withdrawal symptoms.  They would get headaches, less energy and alertness, difficulty in being focused, get irritated easily and sometimes even get depressed.  </p>
<p>Over caffeine consumption can also have an impact on your skin, since it increases the risk of developing stretch marks.  Caffeine may also play a role in weight gain.  Although, it is mentioned that coffee drinkers may lose weight in the short-term, but in a longer period of time, coffee can lead to weight gain.  </p>
<p>Coffee both has good and bad effects.  Similar to other beverages and food, once it is taken in big amounts, then it is likely that they may have undesirable effects to your body. Others speak of evidence of global warming, dangerous consequences, and solutions to global warming.  Reading a variety of books on global warming gives a balanced perspective.  </p>
<p>Probably the most well-known book on global warming is Al Gore&#8217;s book An Inconvenient Truth: The Planetary Emergency of Global Warming and What We Can Do About It.  Gore&#8217;s book shows reasons why people wan to save he earth from hazards such as global warming.  It also implores world leaders to stands up and listens to the warnings of an environment in crisis.  </p>
<p>An opposing viewpoint is presented in a book titled Unstoppable Global Warming: Every 1,500 Years.  The book, written by Dennis T. Avery and S. Fred Singer, is an argument that global warming is a cyclical event that has happened gradually and systematically throughout history.  Scientific data backs up the claims and demonstrates why no one should be concerned about global warming, in the authors&#8217; opinions.  </p>
<p>However, there is scientific information that supports the claims of global warming dangers.  A book called Global Warming: The Complete Briefing gives facts and theories about the foundations of global warming and climate change.  In it, the future of the world and ways to help minimize global warming are outlined.  </p>
<p>Children can learn about the subject by reading a book called This Is My Planet: The Kids&#8217; Guide to Global Warming.  Jan Thornhill, the author or the book, gives the startling facts about the quickly occurring changes brought on by global warming, and how that is happening.  Catering to the younger audience, though, she is careful to sprinkle the book with a lot of hope and ways for children to help change the situation.  </p>
<p>The Down To Earth Guide To Global Warming, by Laurie David and Cambria Gordon, is another book that uses a bit of humor to discuss a serious subject.  It not only has facts about the genesis of extreme global warming, but it is full of vivid pictures.  As another book for elementary children, it gives ways for kids to fight global warming in every area of their lives.  </p>
<p>A fun and interesting book on the subject of global warming is The Live Earth Global Warming Survival Handbook: 77 Essential Skills to Stop Climate Change.  David de Rothschild, the author, constructed the book to be a tongue-in-cheek look at a survival guide aimed at surviving global warming.  At the same time, it offers important information about ways to improve the environment.  It is a companion book to the Live Earth Concerts in July of 2007 that took place during a 24-hour period around the world.  </p>
<p>It is easy to find books about global warming.  Many are aimed at the children who are next to inherit the earth.  Some focus heavily on scientific data.  Others rely on humor to tell their story.  Some are even a simple call to arms to anyone who will help curb global warming. Have realistic expectations of how much you stand to earn from your efforts and how much you are willing to go down on the price in order to walk away with some profit in your pocket.</p>

If you turn a profit at all, even a small profit you have learned many valuable lessons that you can carry with you into future flips and make more money.
